This will vary based on your specific needs and what your practitioner recommends.  Typically, appointments will vary from 30 minutes to an hour.  One thing is for sure: you will see the same practitioner each time when you come in. 

You and I will sit down together and come up with a game plan that feels right for you. You are always in control. We will figure out where you want to be in the next few months and go from there. We are free to use dry needling, manual work, education, exercise, and whatever else we need to get you on track. You will have the step-by-step process laid out for you. You WILL have outside work so if you are not committed, do not apply.

You have options when you are in control of your healthcare.  You can use HSA/FSA spending.  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, check or cash. We also have flexible payment plans.

You may have out-of-network benefits with your provider.  We collect payment upfront and provide you a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company.  Pending your specific network coverage, your insurance company will reimburse you directly for services. You will need to call or get online to check your specific insurance company policies.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with any treatment, on the same day of service, simply tell us what went wrong and we will refund your money.

We searched long and hard for a downtown location to serve you.  We know that a central location makes it easier for folks not only in Frankfort, but the surrounding areas, to get to us. We service Central Kentucky. 

We also know our downtown location puts us in the heart of the community, and that is important to keep a “pulse” on what is going on around us and better serve our clients.  It may mean you have to park somewhere new or walk a little ways but we know you will find it worthwhile.
